What's in Season This Month
A peek at the produce driving our menu right now — and a few dishes you'll want to come in for before they rotate out.
Our menu changes with what’s good, not with the calendar. Here’s what’s showing up on plates this month.
At the market right now
Early-summer produce is the easiest cooking of the year. Stone fruit, the first tomatoes, sweet corn, and tender greens are all hitting their stride. When ingredients are this good, the kitchen’s job is mostly to stay out of the way.
On the menu this week
- Heirloom tomato salad with torn basil and a splash of good olive oil
- Grilled peach + burrata — sweet, creamy, a little char
- Corn risotto finished with brown butter
Why seasonal matters
Cooking seasonally means better flavor, better prices, and a reason to come back — the menu’s a little different every time you visit. Want to know today’s specials? Give us a call or just stop in.
