Hosting a Private Dinner: How It Works
Planning a birthday, rehearsal dinner, or team celebration? Here's how we put together private events at The Copper Skillet.
A private dinner should feel effortless for the host. Here’s how we make that happen.
Start with a conversation
Tell us the occasion, the headcount, and any must-haves. We’ll talk through the room, timing, and a menu that fits your group and budget — no rigid packages.
A menu built for your group
We can do a curated set menu, family-style platters, or a few choose-your-own options. We’ll flag vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly dishes so everyone’s taken care of.
The night itself
Your group gets a dedicated server, a relaxed pace, and a kitchen that’s cooking just for you. All you have to do is show up and enjoy.
Thinking about a celebration? Reach out and we’ll start planning.
